The work we did

Turn10 are working with Graphite Digital’s leadership team to align their culture with their 3-year strategy. We designed and facilitated a leadership offsite to develop leader self-insight, leadership capability and the leadership team dynamics. We are currently coaching three of their directors.

Turn10 helped to design Telefonica Europe’s (O2) Change Framework. We also co-facilitated the supporting development programmes at Telefonica’s University just outside Barcelona to build change capability across the European leadership community.
