Having just set up Turn10 Consulting Chris presents ‘Growing Your Talent’ sharing his learning from ebay and making suggestions on how digital and tech SME’s can grow their own talent.
The work we did
Turn10 are working with Graphite Digital’s leadership team to align their culture with their 3-year strategy. We designed and facilitated a leadership offsite to develop leader self-insight, leadership capability and the leadership team dynamics. We are currently coaching three of their directors.

Turn10 helped to design Telefonica Europe’s (O2) Change Framework. We also co-facilitated the supporting development programmes at Telefonica’s University just outside Barcelona to build change capability across the European leadership community.
